Chicken Mushroom Cream Pasta




Ingredients neccessary

1. Salt

2. Black Pepper

3. Tyme

4. Salted Butter 250 ml

5. Fresh Cream (meant for cooking) appx 300 ml

6. Pasta

7. Lemon

8. Fresh Milk 500ml

9. Japanese fried chicken powder
10. Chicken
11. Mushrooms

12. White wine (optional)

13. Rosemarry

14. White onions

15. Garlic

16. Pam cheese

17. Bread Crumbs (optional)

18. Olive Oil

19. White truffle oil (optional)




Step 1: Preparation of the chicken


  • Debone the chicken

  • Wash the chicken with cold water once

  • Wash the chicken with hot water once (for hygiene purpose only)

  • Soak the portion of chicken in white wine (generously if possible)

  • Chop out some tyme and rosemarry, sprinkle them in with the chicken

  • Sprinkle salt, and black pepper (grounded / crushed)

  • Add about 2 table spoon of olive oil

  • Add 2 clove of chopped garlic and proportionately some red/white onions

  • Marignate it throughly

Step 2: Cooking the pasta, allow the marignate to set in the chicken



  • Boil Some Water

  • Add salt and 2 table spoon of oilve oil into the water

  • When the water boils add in the desired amount of pasta

  • Leave it to boil till it is soft (to our own liking)

  • Pour the pasta into a metal sieve and run it under cold tap water till it is no longer hot

  • Squeeze about half a lemon around the pasta and toss it

  • Your pasta is now ready (:

Step 3: Prepare the mushrooms



  • Slice the mushrooms

  • Chopped Garlic and Onions (about 1 clove size each)

  • Rinse the mushroom using a plastic sieve

Step 4: Cooking the mushrooms



  • Oil the cooking pan with some olive oil / Butter

  • Drop in the chopped Garlic then the onions

  • Sautee it for 1 min

  • Drop in the mushrooms

  • Add Salt and black pepper

  • sautee it till it is cooked

  • Your mushroom is now ready.

  • Collect everything into the plate with whatever mushroom sauce that may have been produced naturally during the process of cooking the mushroom

Step 5: Getting the crispy crumbs ready (optional)



  • Add in some olive oil to oil the pan

  • Add desired amount of breadcrumbs

  • Add pammersan cheese

  • Add Small amount of salt (optional)

  • Stir it around till it is golden brown

  • You may then collect it into a small bowl

Step 6: Cooking the chicken



  • Oil the pan with some olive oil and some butter (mixture)

  • When the oil is hot add in the chicken gently

  • Pour in the white wine sauce

  • Cook the chicken throughly

  • Alternatively you can chuck the chicken into an oven and cook it (without any white wine sauce)

  • You may then place all the chicken into a plate leaving the oil content in the pan

  • Slice your chicken pieces

Step 7: Cooking the special homemade cream (cream is enough for 4 to 5 serving of pasta)



  • Add in 250ml of butter

  • After the butter melt, add in approximately 2 clove of chopped garlic and chopped onions (half )

  • Lightly sautee it

  • Add about 5 to 6 table spoon of fried chicken powder

  • Add about 1 table spoon of salt

  • Add black pepper generously

  • Add Chopped tyme (2 to 3 stems)

  • Sautee them, And pour in 500 ml of milk

  • Add in 300 ml of fresh cream

  • Stir them gently

  • Add in a pammersan cheese (i think its about 200 g)

  • Stir them gently

  • As it boils slightly add in the cooked mushroom (with the mushroom sauce if any)

  • Stir them and allow it to boil

  • Your cream is now ready to be used

  • You may now throw in the pasta (as the cream boils), stir them well before switching off the fire

Step 8: Serving and decoration



  • Bring up one protion of pasta

  • Scoop up some sauce and mushroom and spread it over the pasta

  • Top it off with some black pepper

  • Spread 1 to 2 table spoon of white truble oil over the pasta

  • Dress the top of the pasta with the chicken

  • Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the chicken

You are now ready to serve (:


Ps, mix the pasta well before eating!
