B) one who earn 5 k a mth
C) one who earn 3k a mth

IT DEPENDS on your procrastinating skills


Why?

C will always say "wait until i earn more than i have more spare cash to do savings, right now money is a contraint"

So what is more money?

5k? 10k?

den wad will B say?

B will say the same as C did and A will say the same as well!

SO NOW WAD? who is richer?

end of the day the one who save more will be richer. COMMON SENSE RIGHT?

C can be earning 3k a mth but yet set aside 1k to save and work with the remaining so at the end of period C will be 1000 dollar rich

A can be earning 10k but what if he does things differently spend first, remaining then save end of the day he realise he only have 200 dollars left.

SO WHO IS RICHER?
C of course - he is smarter and richer (he is target costing)


TARGET COSTING:

Traditional culture = Cost (you allow cost to pull your head around) x mark up = selling price

Target costing = selling price - profit = cost (you make sure ur cost is at this level)

PERSON A = INCOME - LUXURY EXPENDITURE - NECESSITIES = SAVINGS

PERSON C = INCOME - DESIRED SAVINGS = EXPENDITURE

who is more successful at the end of the day
C....
but of course there are other mechanics of being richer and more successful
this is just one of the MANYies (;


so to end off
let me drop you a quote i got off twitter:

Procrastination = masturbation.

It's fun while you're doing it,

but when you're done you realize you fucked yourself

you end up with nothing at the end of the day.
pls rmb to apply this to all aspect of your life
be it getting things done with work well, treating your parnters well, treating your families well, working harder in sch etc......
