Next time you hear your boss say

Human resources are the company's most important asset....

DUN LET HIM/HER OFF WITHOUT defining which category you fall into

You see there are many different categories under asset;

if you are classified under

1. Land - You are god damm precious to the company. Why? Cos your value will always appreciate and never depreciate. so you are in the safest position.

2. Building - Looks good, but maybe when you are being evaluated, your value follows the economy, downturn, you die, up turn you get good benefit.

3. Stock - WAH, you should really panic now cos, stock comes and goes! turnover rate very fast! so maybe you also come and go as fast as the stock.

BUTTTTT if your boss dun mention human resources as asset, den you better watch out cos it means you are a liability!

AND IF YOU FALL IN LONG TERM LIABILITY! .....hohoho you are a pain in the neck. anytime write you off as bad debt and expense you right away!

So whats the new trend?

its not about your position name

its about your classification.
